The tool allows you to set up tracking of any records that are linked to existing record items (for example, invoices, contracts...) and code lists (OS, EO, persons, companies...). An example of records that can be set up in this way is records of various machines, projects, digital carriers, or anything stored in various spreadsheets or other applications. The name of records, windows and bookmarks is freely adjustable. Records in Asseco SPIN can have up to 5 separate tabs. The first tab is the so-called Master (e.g. Project), items from the second tab Detail1 (e.g. Tasks) are bound to it. The tabs Detail2, Detail3 and Detail4 can be linked to any of the previous tabs.
