The module makes it possible to monitor and manage the maintenance of machines or tools as well as other devices that are used in production and recorded in the Quality management system module in Asseco HELIOS iNuvio. It is used to create a practical maintenance plan, record who and when the maintenance was carried out and what spare parts were used. Furthermore, it is possible to create a plan of anticipated parts for the future, or to perform a comparison of planned and actual maintenance costs. By rigorously monitoring and managing machine maintenance, this solution helps eliminate downtime due to machine breakdowns.
