Corporate activities are part of the wider functionality of Asseco HELIOS iNuvio CRM. The use is very extensive and allows, for example: service order management, business order management, marketing actions, customer care, tasks, calendars, minutes and management of meetings, reporting and invoicing of activities (tasks) with the possibility of subsequent mass invoicing of services. It is possible to record the tasks that resulted from the negotiation (including their fulfillment) for the activities. It is also possible to record related negotiations and documents related to negotiations. It is possible to assign warehouse or service items to activities and tasks, and subsequently generate warehouse documents that are registered with the activity.
